Micro categorizing will allow you to locate specific items easily. For example when it comes to kids artwork and mementos we usually opt for weathertight bins with the kids name labeled in the front. Designing a bin for a person is efficient and practical. That way each kid has its designated location making it simple to grow their collection when new things arrive.
